Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Black Black G (BBG), the company that runs the Seven Ideas studio (“we”, “us”).

They apply to the games and apps published by Seven Ideas and to our websites (together, “the Services”).

By using the Services, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Safe and Fair Play Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Some games have their own terms (for example Keywow). These apply together with these Terms, and their details prevail for that game.

1. Who we are

2. Who can use our games

• You must be at least 13 years old, unless a game says otherwise.
• If you are under 15, or under the age of digital consent or legal adulthood in your country, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission. This applies especially to purchases.
• Parents are responsible for their children’s use of our games and for purchases made on their devices.

3. Your license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use our games and websites, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms.

Our games, artwork, characters, names, music, sounds, texts and websites belong to BBG or its licensors. You get the right to use them, not ownership of them.

Where a game includes open-source software, that software’s license applies to it. Nothing in these Terms limits the rights that license gives you.

4. Virtual items

Our games may include virtual currencies and items (“Virtual Items”).

• Virtual Items are a limited license to use content inside the game. They are not real money, have no value outside the game, and cannot be exchanged for money or anything else.
• You cannot sell, buy, trade or transfer Virtual Items or accounts outside the features we provide.
• Where a game gives random rewards, the odds are shown in the game.
• We may change or rebalance Virtual Items and game features, for example to fix a bug or keep a game fair.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

• Payment. Purchases are made through the app store you use (for example Google Play) and are subject to its terms. Prices are shown in the game, including taxes where applicable.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel in your app store account and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Right of withdrawal (EU). Digital content is delivered immediately. When you buy, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the content is delivered, as allowed by EU and French consumer law.
• Refunds. Refund requests go through the app store. This does not limit your legal rights, for example if a purchase does not work.
• Problems. If you paid for something and did not receive it, write to contact@seven-ideas.com with your order number.

6. Your behavior

You agree to follow our Safe and Fair Play Policy:

• no cheating, hacking or exploiting bugs;
• no buying or selling of accounts or items;
• no abusive behavior;
• no use of our Services to break the law or harm others.

7. Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our games, free of charge and without obligation to you.

8. Changes to the Services

We may add, change or remove features, or stop offering a game. If we stop a game you paid for, we will give reasonable notice and respect your legal rights regarding unused paid items.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using our Services at any time.

If you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms or the Safe and Fair Play Policy, we may limit or end your access. When the situation allows, we warn you first, and you can contest our decision at contact@seven-ideas.com.

10. Warranty and liability

• We work hard to make our games reliable, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free.
• To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses.
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including:
  • liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence;
  • liability for fraud;
  • your statutory rights as a consumer, such as the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we will tell you before it applies. If you do not agree, you can stop using the Services.

12. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you live in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country.

Please contact us first at contact@seven-ideas.com to solve any problem. If we cannot agree, you may bring the dispute before the competent courts. As a consumer, these include the courts where you live.

13. General

• If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not give it up.
