Safe and Fair Play Policy

Our games are built on one twist, and they work best when everyone plays by the same rules. This policy applies to every Seven Ideas game and is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Play fair

Progress should come from playing, not from tricks.

Not allowed:

• Cheating tools. This includes:
  • hacks and cheat apps;
  • unofficial modified versions used to gain items or progress;
  • memory editors;
  • anything that changes how a game works to give an advantage.
• Bots and automation. No scripts, macros or tools that play for you.
• Time manipulation. No changing your device’s date or time to speed up timers or rewards.
• Exploiting bugs. If you find a bug that gives an advantage, report it instead of using it.
• Fake competition. No manipulating rankings, leagues or events, alone or with others.

2. No buying or selling outside the game

• No unofficial sellers. Do not buy currency, items or boosts from websites or people outside our games. These offers are almost always scams.
• No account trading. Do not sell, buy, share or give away accounts or game progress.
• No refund abuse. Do not request a refund for something you keep using.

3. Stay safe

• We will never ask for your password, your app store account details or your payment information. Anyone who does is a scammer. Report them to contact@seven-ideas.com.
• Only install our games from official stores. Copies from other sources may contain malware.
• Do not impersonate us. Pretending to be a member of the Seven Ideas team, or to represent one of our games, is not allowed.

4. Be respectful

Wherever you interact with us or other players (reviews, feedback, community or competitive features), these are not allowed:

• hate speech, racism or discrimination;
• harassment, threats or bullying;
• sexual or obscene content;
• spam, scams or advertising;
• sharing someone else’s personal information.

5. For parents

• Our games are for players aged 13 and over, unless a game says otherwise. Younger teenagers need a parent’s permission.
• Turn on purchase approval in your app store’s parental controls to approve every purchase.

6. How we enforce these rules

• Our games include protections against common cheats.
• We review reports and suspicious activity.
• We apply the same rules to everyone.

Depending on how serious or repeated the problem is, we may:

• give a warning;
• remove items or progress obtained unfairly;
• exclude you from rankings or events;
• limit or end your access.

7. Report a problem or appeal

• Report cheating, scams, impersonation or bugs: contact@seven-ideas.com, with screenshots if you can.
• Appeal: if you think we made a mistake about you, write to the same address. We will review your case and answer.

False reports made on purpose to hurt someone are also against these rules.
